Purpose

The user’s personal data on this Website will be used for the following purposes:

F.1: Respond to requests for information and/or queries made by the User. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the request for information and/or consultation has been answered. The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.

F.2: Keep the User informed, including by electronic means, about INBOUNDCYCLE products, services and news. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the User withdraws his/her consent given for the receipt of such communications. If the User does not consent to the processing of his/her data for this purpose, he/she must tick the box enabled for this purpose on the Website. The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.

F.3: In case of using the section "works with us", the data provided by the User will be processed to meet their application for employment and, where appropriate, allow them to apply for a job at INBOUNDCYCLE. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the User revokes their consent. The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.

F.4: In case of entering personal data in the Chatbot implemented in this Website they will be processed to provide them with the requested information or content. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until their requests have been answered. The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.

F.5: Enable the participation of the User in the activities proposed on the Website, as well as the download of free content offered on the Website. In this case, INBOUNDCYCLE will also use the User’s data to keep the User informed, including by electronic means, about the products, services and news of INBOUNDCYCLE and those of third companies exclusively belonging to the textile sectors, fashion, leisure and entertainment, sports, food and beverage, beauty and personal care, telecommunications, finance, insurance, travel, real estate, construction, training, large consumption, automotive, security, energy, water and NGOs. Likewise, INBOUNDCYCLE may communicate the personal data of the User to third companies belonging to the sectors of activity indicated above, in order that they may send commercial communications, including by electronic means, regarding their products, services and novelties. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the User revokes their consent.

The user knows and accepts the participation in the proposed activities and/or the download of the free contents offered on the Website are obligatorily conditioned to the full initial acceptance of all the above mentioned purpose. In case of not accepting such condition, the User must refrain from participating in the proposed activities and/or download the free content offered on the Website.

F.6: Manage User participation in Inbound Leaders events. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until all actions related to the event are completed. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract with the data subject.

Recipients

The data may be communicated to the following third party recipients: Public Administration for the enforcement of legal obligations and banks for the management of receipts and payments. Additionally, in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned fifth purpose, the user data may be communicated to the businesses belonging areas of specific activities. They might as well be communicated to the following categories of data processors: Providers of electronic communications, office automation, hosting, housing, computer maintenance, management, accounting, auditing, consulting and legal representation. INBOUNDCYCLE may transfer personal data to processors located in third countries and with which the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission (Commission Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021) have been formalized.

Rights

The User may exercise before INBOUNDCYCLE their rights of access, rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; object and not to be subject to automated individual decisions, including profiling.

Similarly, in the processing of the User’s data whose legitimacy is based on the consent given by the User, the User has the right to withdraw said consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
