To this end, InboundCycle has an internal information system in place to facilitate the reporting of possible irregular conduct or potential illegal acts or actions contrary to the law, whose essential principles are as follows:

• Prohibition of Retaliation: InboundCycle is committed to not taking any form of retaliation against anyone who has made a report in good faith.
• Anonymity: Communications can be made anonymously.
• Confidentiality: The confidentiality of the informant's identity and any third party mentioned in the communication, as well as the protection of personal data, is a fundamental principle in the management of received communications.
• System Management: The internal collegiate body responsible for InboundCycle's internal information system is the entity responsible for managing the internal information system in accordance with the procedure established by its respective governing body.
• Rights of Affected Individuals: The rights to privacy, honor, defense, and the presumption of innocence of the investigated and affected persons are guaranteed.
